摘要
果胶在食品,医药和其它行业应用非常广泛,市场需求量大,而传统的酸提醇沉的制备方法有许多缺点,本文就近年来的一些制备果胶的方法进行了总结。
Pectin has an abroad application in food, medicine and the other industry, its market requirement is large; However, there are many disadvantages in traditional acid extraction and alcohol precipitation method. This paper summarizes the present preparation methods of pectin.
