摘要
本研究通过对22家企业的335份有效问卷调研,实证分析在知识转移中影响接收方员工外部知识接收倾向的两个关键因素:知识的定制化程度和来源可信赖性,并分析了员工涉入程度和专业化程度对影响路径的调节作用,最后提出了管理对策及进一步的研究方向。
In succession, 335 survey questionnaires come from 22 enterprises are picked out to be the sample to analyze the factors that affects the enterprise employee adopted external knowledge: customization knowledge and reliability of consultant, and the moderators effect of employee's involvement and employee's expertise on route selection. The advices and the orientation of further research are proposed at last.
