摘要
目的:研究金雀根中具有抗骨质疏松活性的异黄酮成分。方法:利用各种柱色谱分离方法得到化合物,再用波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到6个异黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为6,3′-二甲氧基-7,5′-二羟基异黄酮(1),(-)maackiain(2),dalbergioidin(3),3′-甲氧基-5′-羟基异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),Wistin(5),tri-folirhizin(6)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,其他均首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM: To study the isoflavonoid constituents with anti-osteoporosis activity from the roots of Caragana sinica. METHOD: The compounds were isolated by means of column chromatography, and their structures were determined by spectral analyses. RESULT: Six isoflavonoid components were obtained and identified as 6,3'-methoxy-7,5'-dihydroxyisoflavone (1), (-)maackiain (2), dalbergioidin (3), 3'-methoxy-5'-hydroxyisoflavone-7-O-β-D-glucoside (4), wistin (5), trifolirhizin (6). CONCLUSION: Compound I is a new compound, and the others have been isolated from Caragana sinica for the first time.
