摘要
本文提出了一种基于指令系统的ＣＰＵ自检方案、详细分析了实现方法和技术要点。
This paper presents a self-checking method of CPU,which is based on the instruction system.The means to achieve self-checking is analized in detail.Finally,Its application is illustributed with the 8031(CPU).
