摘要
以鸟苷为起始物,制备了1-乙酰氧基-2,3,5-三苯甲酰氧基-β-D-呋喃核糖(2),再利用化合物(2)与三甲基氰基硅烷反应制备了标题化合物(1).着重研究了多种Lewis酸(SnCl4、AlCl3、FeCl3、BF3·OEt2等)对化合物(2)→(1)的反应的催化作用,同时讨论了化合物(2)与三甲基氰基硅烷的最佳配比。
O Acety1 2,3,5 tri O benzoy1 β D ribofuranose (2), was synthesized by using guanosin as a starting material. The title compound (1)was prepared from (2) and cyanotrimethylsilane. The key points of the study on the preparation of (1) from (2) were the catalytic efficiency of several kinds of Lewis acids (SnCl 4, AlCl 3, FeCl 3,BF 3·OEt 2, etc.) and the influence of molar ratio of reagents [Me 3SiCN/(2)]on the yield of (1). The synthetic method of (2) was improved.
