From the self-taught tutoring class to the socialist civilian-run university recognized by the state, from the first civilian-run college to a regular university with certain scale, structure, quality, benefits and harmonious development, Huanghe S ＆ T University has experienced four developing stages. It is the main factor for the sustained and healthy development of the university to adhere to the leadership of the Party, the good teaching quality and the distinct school - running feature.
