摘要
综述了煤与石油化工中催化剂积炭产生的机理,探讨了温度、气氛、催化剂载体、活性组分、助剂对催化剂积炭的影响,并提出选择与载体具有电子效应及强相互作用的廉价金属催化剂、进行催化剂预硫化和催化剂扩孔是今后降低催化剂积炭失活的研发方向。
The atmosphere of CH4, derived and pyrolysis coal gas. They can CO and unsaturated hydrocarbon exist in the poly-product which is composed of cause deactivation of the catalysts in the subsequent processing of the poly-product. Therefore the discussion of deactivation mechanism and technological conditions play an important role in the development of poly-product process. On the basis of a number of recent references, tion over catalysts were reviewed in terms of mechanism, temperature, atmosphere the influencing factors of carbon deposinents, and promoters. A low cost, high activity, high stability and better anti-carbon performance catalyst or coke inhibitor should be developed in the future.
