摘要
目的：了解社区居民身体健康状态。方法：采用整群随机抽样的方法，对3个村的628名社区居民进行健康检查，按年龄进行健康状况的调查分析。分别做常规体格检查，查血常规、血糖、血脂、尿常规、肝功能、心电图、B超，X线胸透检查。结果：社区居民主要疾病患病率以高血压居首位（24．7％），其次为心电图异常（20．1％）、高血脂（14．0％）、糖尿病（5．8％）；次要疾病患病率较高的是痔疮（21．7％），其次为脂肪肝（4．1％）、胆囊结石（3．3％）。高血压、心电图异常在60-岁及以上年龄组检出率最高，高血脂在50-岁和60-岁年龄组检出率最高。结论：高血压病、高血脂症、心脏病、糖尿病等疾病是社区居民的主要流行疾病；与生理、行为、生活方式有着密切的联系，是危害社区居民健康的主要疾病，要通过大力开展健康教育和健康促进活动，加强相关疾病保健知识的宣传，增进社区居民健康意识和预防疾病的能力。
Objective： Understands the community inhabitant health condition. Methods： Uses the entire group random sampling the method,to three villages 628 community inhabitants carry on the automatic system checkout program, carries on the state of health acconting to the age the diagnosis. Makes the convention medical examination separately, looks up the routine blood test, the blood sugar, the blood fats, the routine urine test, the liver function, the electrocardiogram, Buhra, X chest passes the inspection. Results： The community inhabitant main disease prevalence rate occupies first place（24.7 % ）, next is electrocardiogrmn exceptionally（ 20.1% ）, high blood fats（ 14.0 % ）, diabetes（ 5.8 % ） ; the secondary disease prevalence rate high is hemorrhoids（21.7 % ）, next is fatty liver（ 4.1% ）, chulecystolithiasis（ 3.3 % ）. Hypertemion, electrocardiogrmn exceptionally 60 - year old of and above age group picks out rate highest, the high blood fats pick out in 50 years old of and 60 year old of age groups rate are highest. Conclusion： Diseases and so on hypertensiou sickness, hyperlipemia, heart disease, diabetes are community inhabitant＇s main popular disease;with the physiology,the behavior, the life style have the close relatiou,is harms the community inhabitant health main disease,must through carry out the health education and the health promotion activity vigorously,the enhancement correlation disease health care knowledge propaganda,promotes the community inhabitant health consciousness and prevention disease ability
