摘要
围绕着田径技术学习如何很好服务于学校体育的教学目标,认为中学田径类教学内容创新与开发的基本思路主要有:①立足于传承人类优秀的运动文明,传播体育文化;②田径教学要服务于学生未来生活;③注重田径类教学内容的健身性;④针对不同学生的特点,利用不同田径项目发展学生的运动技能;⑤田径课程教学必须结合地区、学校实际。
Revolves the teaching goal of the track and field technology how to serve the school PE, the article thinks the innovation and the development of track and field class course content in middle school mainly have： （1） base to inherits the human outstanding movement civilization and disseminate sports culture; （2） track and field teaching must serve the student future lives; （3） attention to healthy body about track and field class course contend; （4） aim at the different student＇s characteristic to develop student＇s movement skill; （5） track and field curriculum teaching should be unify reality of local and school.
