摘要
旅行社是旅游业的“晴雨表”,其发展水平与方向反映出旅游业的发展水平和现状。结合目前存在的旅行社规模小、管理水平低、经济效益差的问题,试图寻找一些改革与创新的良策。
The deveopmengt level and direction of trave agencies always indicates the developmeng level and present situation of tourism industry,which is regarded as the "barometer"of tourism industry. The paper tries to figure out some effective measure to deal with some problem such as small scale of travel agencies ,inefficient managemengt,and poor profits.
