摘要
以内蒙古小茴香为试材,研究了不同发育阶段茴香荫干种子精油含量和成分组成比例的变化,结果表明:在茴香种子的成熟过程中,其精油含量呈不断缓慢上升的趋势,并在成熟时达到最高;在成熟过程中,茴香精油中以柠檬烯和γ-萜品烯为代表的各种单萜类化合物含量呈不断下降的趋势,而反式茴香脑、爱草脑和小茴香酮含量表现为不断增加的趋势;以柠檬烯为主的单萜类化合物含量与柠檬烯含量变化趋势一致,呈不断下降趋势,以反式-茴香脑为主的含氧化合物含量变化与反式-茴香脑含量变化一致,但与柠檬烯含量和单萜类化合物含量变化相反,呈不断升高的趋势。
Changes of essential oil contents and components of fennel seed in different stages were studied using Inner Mongolia fennel eultivars as materials. The results showed as follows: during the riping course of fennel seed, the content of essential oil in fennel seed was increased slowly untill it arrived at the peak value in riping stage,The contents of monoterpenes compounds, such as limonene and γ -terpinene, dropped continually, however, the contents of (E)-anethole, Estragole and Fenehone enhanced ceaselessly, The changes of content of Monoterpenes compounds and Limonene showed trend of reducing, while the changing pattern in contents of Oxygenated compounds and (E)-anethole were contrary to that of Monoterpenes compounds and Limonene .
