溴甲酚绿光度分析法测定白酒中微量汞

摘要 在Tris-HCl缓冲溶液(pH为5.5)中,以溴甲酚绿(BCG)为显色剂,Hg(Ⅱ)-BCG在水相中形成稳定的黄色配合物,该配合物在446nm处有一最大吸收波长,摩尔吸光系数为3.12×105L/moL·cm,Hg(Ⅱ)含量在0.0~100μg/mL范围服从朗伯比尔定律,检出限0.57μg/mL,加标回收率97.0%~101.0%,RSD为0.15%~0.31%。该法简便易行,可直接应用于白酒中微量汞的测定。 In Tris (3-hydroxy-methane) - HCI buffer (pH 5.5), with bromocresol green (BCG) as developer, Hg (129 - BCG in the aqueous phase to form stable yellow complex, the complex has a maximum absorption wavelength in 445 nm, the molor absorptivity of the complex is 3.12×10^5 L/moL.cm, Beer's law is obeyed for mercury in the rang of 0.0-100.0 μg/mL, the detection limit 0.57 μg/mL, the recoveries were 97.0 %-101.0 %. RSD were 0.15 %-0.31%. The method could be applied directly to determine trace mercury in liquor because it is simple to operate.
