摘要
在应付市场全球化的变动中,战略管理和项目管理将起到关键性的作用。随着知识经济时代的到来和我国加入WTO,如何加强土建工程项目管理,一直是大家普遍关心的问题。从我国土建工程项目管理的现状入手,提出了入世后我国土建工程项目管理的发展对策。
Strategic management and project management will paly a key role in adapting to change of market globlism. As arrival of knowledgeable and economic times and our country to accede to WTO, how to strengthen management of civil project is a matter that everybody is all along concerned with. Proceed from current situations of civil project managing, the paper proposes developing strategies for it after our country to accede to WTO.
