摘要
铝电解质分子比是铝电解生产中的一项重要指标,本文用X射线荧光光谱法测定电解质中各化合物的浓度,达到计算分子比的目的。将研磨到一定粒度的样品在300kN的压力下压成圆片,然后在优化的条件下进行测定。采用电解质标样建立校准曲线,物理和化学影响采用数学方法校正,通过应用软件中的函数计算功能,根据测定元素的浓度自动计算分子比。该方法已用于多元铝电解质分子比的测定,测定结果与X射线衍射法相符。对同一样品进行14次平行测定,所得到的相对标准偏差为0.48%。
The molecular ratio of aluminium electrolyte is an important control parameter during production of metal aluminium. In this paper,an aim of calculating moleculal ratio is achived by means of determination of concentrations of compounds in electrolyte with X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The sample which is ground into certain size of powder is pressed to a round piece under the pressure of 300 kN,the round piece is then determined in the optimal conditions. The calibration curves are set up with electrolyte standard samples. The effects from physics and chemistry are corrected by means of mathematics correction method. The molecular ratio is calculated automatically by using the calculation function in software and the concentration of element determined. The method has been employed in the determination of the molecular ratio of aluminium electrolyte with the relative standard deviation of 0.48%(n= 14). In comparation with X-ray diffraction (XRD) method,the determination results of this method are in good agreement with those of XRD method.
