摘要
阐述了碳平衡法的基本原理;分析了日本、美国、欧盟等油耗标准或法规的碳平衡法公式.通过对油耗的测量方法和几个典型的油耗模型的介绍,为油耗的研究提供理论依据,进而为城市交通规划提供参考.另外,实验表明,单位油耗和比功率VSP存在线性关系,可以尝试在油耗研究中引入VSP这个参数.
The basic principle of the carbon balance method has been described in this paper. The different formulas in standards or regulations of Japan, the US and EU has been analyzed. Measurements and models of vehicle fuel consumption have been introduced and usual methodologies in studying vehicle fuel consumption can be gained. It can provide references for urban traffic projects. Experiments indicate us that there is a linear relationship between instantaneous fuel consumption and VSP. VSP can be used in the investigation of vehicle fuel consumption.
