改良式大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型的复制 被引量:4

An Improved Experimental Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion in Rat Model

摘要 [目的]改良大鼠心肌缺血再灌注(I/R)模型的制作方法。[方法]SD大鼠30只,体质量(220±20)g,雄性,随机分为常规造模组,改良组,比较结扎时垫以直径为0.6mm的鱼线,30min后拔出鱼线的方法制造I/R模型与常规造模方法的优缺点。[结果]改良后的模型制造方法在保持实验稳定性情况下术中心率最低值,术后平均苏醒时间,大鼠术后3d内的生存率分别为(303±16)次/分,(38±9)min,86.67%,而常规造模组大鼠术中心率最低值,术后平均苏醒时间,术后3d生存率分别为次/分,(63±12)min,66.67%,[结论]改良后的造模方法较常规造模方法保护了动物机能状况,提高了术后动物生存率,具有明显优越性。 [Objective]To improve the way of establishing myocardial ischemia reperfusion rat model. [Methods]30 SD rats, quality (220± 20)g, male, randomly split into normal model group and improved model group, improved established model ligation with a 0.6mm diameter line ,and drawn after 30min. Compare such a method with normal model. [Results] In the context of keeping experimental stability, the reduced heart rate, wake time and survival rate of the way of improved established model respectively are (50±20) /min,(15±5)min,86.67%, but it is just(120±20)/min, (80±20)min,66.67% of the normal model group. [Conclusion]The improved myocardial ischemia reperfusion model offers significant superiority to the former one.
