摘要
以硝酸镁为反应原料,硬脂酸为分散剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了MgO纳米粉体,并对其进行了XRD、TEM、FTIR表征.结果表明,制得的MgO颗料为椭球形,面心立方结构,粒径18nm,粒子分散均匀.
By using stearic acid and Mg(NO3 )2 ·6H2O as raw materials, MgO powder in nenometer size had been prepared by stearic acid gel method. The probducts were characterized by XRD, TEM and FTIR. The results indicated that the cubic nanometer MgO powder of good dispersion could be obtained, and its shape was ellipsoidal and average diameter was 18 nm.
