摘要
在分析TOSHIBA公司的TCD1208AP线阵CCD驱动时序的基础上,依据光电转换线性关系,设计了基于单片机和CPLD的自适应调节光积分时间驱动系统.驱动时序发生器采用ALTERA公司的CPLD器件,采用QUARTUS数字设计平台对设计方案进行了功能仿真,测试结果表明,所设计的自适应系统可以满足光积分时间的快速自适应调节功能.
Based on linearity of photo-electricity conversion, system which automatically adjusts the exposure time of linear CCD, is realized with a new method. The method is carried out under controlling of AT89C52 and based on CPLD technology. Driving schedule of TCD1208AP is analyzed, and CPLD is chosen as driving schedule generator and described with VHDL. The function simulation of this system is successfully achieved with Quartus. The result of simulation shows the system is suitable for the demand of fast auto-adjustment exposure time of linear CCD.
