采用连续接触模型.利用达朗伯原理建立动力学方程.并通过适当的动力约束方程及差分迭代方程.对含多个运动副间隙的推杆从动件盘形凸轮机构进行了动态分析.以双直边盘形凸轮机构为例.对其进行了较为详尽的公式推导.并以此为据、对凸轮机构进行了动态计算.计算结果表明。本方法的分析与计算简单.结果与实际相符.
or the disk earn mechanism with multiple backlash pares and rectilinear translating follower. its dynamic equation is established by using consecutive contact model and the virtual work principle. this dynamic model is discussed through the appropriate selection of the constraint equations and the use of the differential iteration equations. Taking the double straight lined disk carnmechanism as an example. the detailed derivative procedure is given. Based on these formulae. the system's dynamics is numerically calculated. The results show that the analysis and calculation methods adopted in the paper are of simple and concise. and the theoretical results are compatible with the practical situation.
