摘要
本文通过实验提出工业纯铝砂型铸造是内生枝晶壳状凝方式的新观点。指出影响铸件凝固方式的因素有三个:温度场,结晶范围,结晶铸性。铸造凝固方式有三大类:条晶逐层凝固方式,枝晶壳状凝固方式和枝晶体积凝固方式。
To combine the characteristics of hydraulic turbine,and in order to overcome the defect of the conventional PID-control regulater,this paper put out a new method on speed regulating system for hudraulic turbine,which is Fuzzy-PI control.By simulation studing,it is proved that Fuzzy-PI control is of a strong robustness,and this kind of regulator is of feasibitity and procticality.
