摘要
①目的探讨开搏通对心肌缺血再灌注过程中肾素-血管紧张素系统的影响。②方法采用离体大鼠心脏Langendorf灌注模型,观察了缺血、缺血再灌注及开搏通再灌注组心肌组织血管紧张素转换酶、血管紧张素Ⅱ及乳酸脱氢酶活性的变化。③结果与对照组相比,缺血组及再灌注组血管紧张素转换酶的活性、血管紧张素Ⅱ的含量均升高;开搏通组血管紧张素转换酶的活性及血管紧张素Ⅱ的含量均降低。乳酸脱氢酶的活性再灌注组明显升高,开搏通组则降低。④结论心肌肾素-血管紧张素参与再灌注损伤。
Objective To study the effect of captopril on cardiac renin angiotensin system in myocardial ischemic reperfusion rats. Method The Langendroff perfuse model of isolated rat heart was used to study the activity changes of cardiac angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE), angiotensin Ⅱ(ANG Ⅱ) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)during ischemic and reperfusion period. Result The activities of ACE and ANG Ⅱ were increased in ischemic and ischemic reperfusion(I R) groups and decreased in captopril group. The activity of LDH was increased in I R group and reduced in captopril group. Conclusion The results of the study suggest that cardiac renin angiotensin system is involved in ischemic reperfusion injury. Captopril has protective effects on ischemic myocardium.
