摘要
采用不同的酶分步消化,分离培养小鼠的支持细胞和精原细胞,并根据它们的不同特性采用不同的染色方法进行鉴定。利用支持细胞对精原细胞的支持和营养作用,使支持细胞和精原细胞共培养,对精原细胞在体外分化时的条件要求作了研究。结果:获得了能进行分化的精原细胞,而且已经分化到个体变小,细胞核偏向一侧的细胞。结论:通过体外培养精原细胞获得精子细胞是可行的。
The mouse spermatogonia and sertoli cells were isolated, respectively with the method of the different enzymes' treatment and their developing characterization was observed. According to their character the identification was done with the different dyeing method. To make use of the sertoli cells maintenance and nourishment for the spermatogonia, the spermatogonia and the sertoli cells were co-cultured. And the culture condition in vitro of spermatngonia development was studied. As a result we found out the spermatogonia had developmental competence and the cells were developed to smaller and the nucleous was not in center. In conclusion, it would he feasible that the spermatogonia culture in vitro was developed into sperm.
