摘要
探讨了Fe-Mo系列催化剂在合成过程中Mo-Fe比、金属Cr、Co、Bi离子的引入、共沉淀投料方式、催化剂载体的性能和配比对甲缩醛氧化制浓甲醛收率和反应床热点温度的影响.研制了三种催化剂,甲醛的产率可达85%~88%.
The synthesis of Fe-Mo system catalyst and its catalytic activity were investigated.The influence of some factors in preparation process,such as ratio of Mo to Fe,addition of Cr,Co and Bi,feed method in coprecipitation,as well as the property and the composition of carriers of catalysts, on the yield of formaldehyde and the hot point temperature of the reaction bed was discussed. on the basis of obtained results,three types of catalysts were prepared. By using these catalysts,the yield of formaldehyde reaches 85%~88%.
