摘要
在分析四象限硅光电池探测器的局限性的基础上,本衷提出了两种用 CCD 作为激光光斑中心位置探测器的方法:对称法和曲线拟合法.文中阐述了探测原理,分析了它们的优缺点,并介绍了实验装置和实验结果.
Based on the analysis of the limition of four-quarant opto-electronic detector,two methods using CCD as the detector of laser-beam position:Symmetry method and curve-fiting method were presented in this paper.It describes the principle of detection, analyses their advantages and disadvantages and gives the experiment setup and result.
