摘要
“春阿氏”案发生在清末司法变革之际。以此为切入点，可以发现无论在司法理念、政治体制还是程序制度上，清末司法变革均未有所突破，始终无法摆脱面临的困境。这不仅决定了清末司法变革的成败，同时也为今天的司法改革留下了启示。
The Case of Chun E happened in the late Qing Dynasty when the judicial reform had taken place. From this case, we find that the changes of the government＇s judicial ideas, political system and procedure system of law are enable to get out of the difficult position. These factors determined the success of judicial reform in the late Qing Dynasty. Of course, we also should take notice of these factors for the judicial reform today.
