摘要
太湖流域是我国经济发达地区,目前正面临着严重的水污染、洪涝灾害以及水质型、季节性缺水问题,其中水环境污染是太湖流域综合治理的主要矛盾。太湖流域三大水问题联系非常紧密,流域水循环是它们共同的基础,因此水问题的解决必须从流域水循环系统出发,全面统筹规划,通过建设节水防污型社会和完善促进水体循环工程“软硬”两种措施来综合解决。
