摘要 要实现居住建筑三步节能,除了要满足建筑各围护结构传热系数限值及各朝向的窗墙比外,体型系数及热桥部位的保温结构也应作为三步节能居住建筑设计的要点。分析了体型系数对围护结构能耗的影响,探讨了阳台、凸窗上下檐的保温结构。 In order to achieve the three-step energy-saving of residential buildings, besides the limited value of heat transfer coefficient for building envelopes and window-to-wall ratio with different orientations should be met, the shape coefficients and insulating structure of heat bridge should be regarded as key points in design of residential buildings with three-step energy-saving. The influence of the shape coefficients on energy consumption of the envelopes is analyzed, and the insulating structures of the balcony and the top and bottom eaves of projecting windows are discussed.
