摘要
科技型中小企业每个发展阶段的风险、收益、资金需求各不相同,融资方式也不应是单一的方式,而应是有效的组合。解决科技型中小企业的融资难题,近期应考虑在以下几个方面寻求突破:明确政府在科技型中小企业融资体系中的职责;建立健全科学的风险投资运行机制;改革现行银行信贷管理方式;规范和发展主板市场,为其提供更广阔的融资空间。
Medium and small scientific ＆ technological enterprises are different in risks, profitability and need of financing in different developing periods. Therefore, they should not take single financing forms, instead, they should have an effective combination of various financing forms. And to help the medium and small scientific ＆ technological enterprises out of their difficulties in financing, the following breakthroughs should be made： to make clear the government＇s responsibility in the financing system for the medium and small enterprises; to establish a sound and scientific venture investment operating mechanism; to reform the current management ways of bank loans; to regulate and develop the main board of the stock market, providing it with a broad financing space.
