摘要
目的：了解外科手术预防性应用抗菌药物现状，评估其合理性。方法：随机抽取株洲市二级以上医院2005年4月～2006年4月择期手术患者病历1276份，对其预防性应用抗菌药物情况进行分析。结果：1276例患者使用抗菌药物涉及9类，共41种。存在无指征或指征不强应用抗菌药物，预防性应用比例达91．5％，联合应用达85．6％，且多为广谱抗菌药物；给药时机不当、持续时间长。结论：外科手术预防性应用抗菌药物不合理现象广泛存在，必须引起重视。
OBJECTIVE：To study the status quo and the rationality of the prophylactic use of antimicrobials.METHODS： A total of 1 276 case histories of patients undergoing a selective operation in second class or above hospitals of Zhuzhou from April,2005 to April, 2006 were randomly selected for the analysis of the prophylactic use of antimicrobials. RESULTS：41 kinds in 9 categories of antimicrobial agents were prophylactically used in the 1 276 cases.Administration of antimicrobial agents with no or poor indications was existed.Prophylactic use of antimicrobials accounted for 91.5%, and concomitantly use of antimicrobial drugs accounted for 85.6%, with broad- spectrum agents showing the highest proportion .Besides, the antimicrobial agent.s administered at the improper time and the prolonged antibiotic prophylaxis were also existed.CONCLUSIONS： Great importance should be attached to the widespread irrationality in the use of antimicrobial agents.
