摘要
通过对聚苯乙烯粉末在全熔融状态下选区激光烧结,研究激光烧结工艺参数(激光功率、扫描速度、扫描间距、铺粉厚度)和等能量密度对烧结件的成型精度的影响规律。结果表明,零件的尺寸误差随着激光功率的增加而增大,随着扫描速度、扫描间距、铺粉厚度的增加而减小;在等能量密度的状态下,零件的尺寸误差基本稳定。
The effect rules of the sintering parameters( laser power, scanning speed, scanning interval,and thickness of a single layer), and equal energy density on the precision of sintering parts were studied during selective laser sintering of polystyrene powder in the fused condition. The results show that the dimensional errors of parts increase with the increase of laser power, while the dimensional errors of parts decrease with the increase of scanning speed,scanning interval,and thickness of a single layer. In the equal energy density state, the dimensional errors of the parts preserve consistence.
