摘要
对海上交通中船舶交通流进行研究,需要解决的首要问题就是光栅海图中的经纬度坐标和计算机屏幕位图坐标的一一对应.通过分析光栅海图的投影原理和投影后的经纬度分布特点,利用墨卡托投影变换公式得出了其相应的数学模型和相关算法.对海图的投影变形进行详细的分析,并探讨了在窗口全部缩放和局部缩放时海图和屏幕之间的一一对应.
In order to research on the ship transportation flows, we need to solve the most important problem which is coordinate' s mutual transform between the latitude-longitude coordinates respectively in the grating nautical chart and the computer screen position. In the paper, through analyzing the two kinds of the coordinate systems' characteristics, the mathematical model and the correlative transformation formula was obtained. The paper realized any pixel position on the map to determine the true geographic position in the foundation which to the maximum reduces distorts whenever the window's zoom in and zoom out.
