摘要
在腐蚀因子(Kp)为0.3%的条件下,采用室内静态挂片失重法及运用CMB-1510B便携式瞬时腐蚀速度测量仪评价了有机缓蚀剂苯并三唑(BTA)的缓蚀性能。结果表明,缓蚀剂BTA单独使用时并不适合高温,而与钼酸钠复合后在低温和高温下都有良好的缓蚀作用。缓蚀剂的添加量较小时,已表现出较好的缓蚀效果;当缓蚀剂质量浓度为9 mg/L时,缓蚀效率达到94.5%。BTA能在金属表面吸附成膜,阻止去极化物质向金属表面迁移,减缓金属的腐蚀速率。
The inhibition performance of an organic corrosion inhibitor, benzotriazole(BTA), was studied by indoor static strip weight-loss method and CMB-1510B portable instantaneous corrosion rate meterage at a corrosion factor(Kp)of 0.3%. The test results showed that single BTA exhibited poor corrosion inhibiting performance at high temperature, but its performance could be improved significantly with the adding of sodium molybdate. BTA could effectively suppress the corrosion of carbon steel at low adding dosage, e. g. the efficiency of corrosion inhibition reached 94.5 ~ at an adding dosage of 9 mg/L. It was found that a BTA protection film could be formed on the metal surface by adsorption to suppress the migration of depolarizing substances towards metal surface, thus reducing the metal corrosion rate.
