摘要
结合热轧带钢加速轧制时精轧机组的轧制速度制度,研究了热轧带钢精轧温度的控制设定策略,给出了控制设定系统的预设定和修正设定方法以及设定计算模型的自适应策略。采用国内某厂现场实测数据,对带钢的终轧温度和精轧温度分布进行了模拟计算,并与实际测量数据比较,表明该精轧温度控制设定模型具有较高的计算精度,能满足现场生产需要。
The setup model of finishing temperature control for hot strip mill was modeling combined with the speed theme of finishing mill for accelerative rolling. The self-adaptation strategies of predictive calculation, revising calculation and setup model were discussed. Based on the data gathered from certain domestic factory, the simulative calculation result and data gathered in field are compared and meet each other well, which illuminate that the accuracy of setup modle are high, and the modle are easy to be applied.
