摘要
昆虫体内含有丰富的蛋白质,种类多且生物量巨大,具有广阔的开发利用前景。针对目前世界蛋白资源严重不足的状况,探讨开发利用好昆虫蛋白饲料资源,阐述了几种常见昆虫的营养价值及动物饲喂效果。
There is abundant protein in insect body. It is very important and necessary to develop resources of protein feeds in the word. This paper describes the nutritive value as well as utilization of several commonly seen insect.
