摘要
通过装备维修过程中器件的固有可靠性和维修性分析,影响维修器件需求率的因素有:器件故障率和易损度、工作应力、使用环境和强度、装备管理水平等。利用系统建模和仿真分别对耗损类和可修复类器件建立需求模型,预计装备在标准条件下的备件需求率,并用其它影响因素修正预计值,得到装备在特定条件下的备件需求率。
According to analyzing the intrinsic reliability and maintainability of equipment in equipment maintenance process, there are some factors which could influence on maintenance demand rate. These factors include equipment failure rate, damage degree, working stress, environment, intensity, and equipment management level. The system modeling and simulation are adopted to establish the demand model separately. Then, the spare demand rate under standard condition is predicated and the other influence factors are used to modify the predication value. At. last, the spare demand rate under special conditions is calculated.
