摘要
〔目的〕了解出入境人员掌握艾滋病知识的现状,并针对现状进行对策探讨。〔方法〕在南京口岸出入境传染病监测体检人群中随机选择200人进行问卷调查,用SPSS软件对调查结果进行统计分析。〔结果〕南京口岸出入境人员对10项艾滋病知识点应答的平均准确率为77.43%,对艾滋病传播途径的了解还不完全,对艾滋病的流行态势了解不够,对艾滋病的危害性的了解也不够。〔结论〕应尽快修订完善有关的卫生检疫法律法规,多部门合作,建立多监测网点,大力开展预防艾滋病知识教育、自愿咨询检测和行为干预等项工作。
Objective To understand the status of the HIWAIDS knowledge among entry-exit travelers at Nanjing port, and to provide the strategies for prevention and control of HIV transmission. Method A questionnaire survey was employed among entryexit personnels at Nanjing port in 2005, and the data were analyzed with SPSS. Result The average accurate rate of 10 questions about HIV/AIDS among entry-exit personnels was 77.43%. They had little knowledge of HIV transmission routes, the epidemic tendency and the hazard of AIDS. Conclusion The quarantine regulations should be revised and improved through enhancing multisector cooperation and surveillance,while HIV/AIDS health education, VCT and behavior intervention should be also developed.
