摘要
对预付制费用补偿方式面临的逆向选择困境作了一般描述,并从理论上进一步说明,最后提出了避免逆向选择发生的具体对策,即从我国医院分级事实出发,根据各层级医院实际成本和诊疗不同标准病例的比较优势,在对标准病例进行预分配的基础上,制定出层级内一致和层级间有所差别的补偿标准。
This article presented the plight of prospective payment and proposed methods avoiding adverse selection. Because of levels of hospitals in our country, same compensation rates in levels and different rates between levels were established based on standard case distribution, according to costs and comparable advantage of diagnosis and treat standard.
