摘要
通过对操作风险的特点及存在问题的分析,提出了构建商业银行操作风险防范机制的相关措施。希望通过提高从业人员的职业道德水平,强化风险防范意识,有效降低操作风险防范成本,解决内控管理软约束的问题,使风险防范与激励约束机制相匹配。
The article according to analyzing the characteristic and the problem of operational risk, pointing out the concerned measures to create the preventive system against operational risks. It is hope to improve the professional ethics of the staff by fostering a banking risk management culture and to enhance the awareness of risk prevention so as to lower the cost of prevention against operational risks and heighten the efficiency of internal control and management. Solving the problem of soft constraint in internal management and matching risk prevention with incentive mechanism.
