摘要
对酸性大红GR染料模拟废水进行了超声降解研究,比较了不同浓度、不同pH值废水的超声降解效果,并对酸性大红GR染料的降解机理进行了初步探讨。实验结果表明,初始浓度为100mg/L和200mg/L的染料废水超声处理120min后,脱色效果不明显,且CODcr值分别上升20.7%和23.1%;而对于pH为3.0,初始浓度为10mg/L、30mg/L和50mg/L的染料废水,由紫外光谱测得其显色结构明显被破坏,苯环和萘环部分被打开,脱色率分别达到51.8%、36.9%和35.6%。
The ultrasonic destruction to acid brilliant scarlet GR dye wastewater was studied in this paper. The effects of initial-concentration, pH value on sonolysis was compared in detail , and the decomposing mechanism was investigated. The results of experiment indicate that when the wastewater's initial-concentration of 100mg/L and 200mg/L is ultrasonic degradation 120min, the colority of wastewater reduces almost constantly and CODer in wastewater rises 20.7% and 23.1%. While pH value and initial-concentration is 10mg/L,30mg/L and 50mg/L , UV-Vis analysis indicates that the structure of GR is destroyed ,its naphthyl and phenyl is opened partly, and the color decay rate reached 51.8%,36.9%,35.6% respectively.
