摘要
本文报道了采自云南西双版纳的齿爪蠊属Symplocodes Hebard二新种:臂突齿爪蠊S. brachialis sp. nov. 和长柄齿爪蠊S. manubria sp. nov.。对新种的特征进行了描述,并与近似种作了比较。
In this paper, two new species of the genus Symplocodes (Blattaria; Phyllodromiidae) from Xishuangbanna are described. Type specimens are deposited in Institute of Plant Protection, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Beijing.Symplocodes brachialis sp. nov. (fig. 4)♂ size medium. Body stramineus. Discal area of pronotum fulvus. Ventral lobes of 9th tergite nearly symmetrical. Supra-anal plate triangular, symmetrical, distal angle truncate. Sub-genital plate triangular, distinctly asymmetrical, middle of the left lateral margin fissiled and forms two long finger-like processes, there are 4 to 5 spines extended backward at the end of the posterior process. Distal angle with a bundle of dark brown long brush-like hairs extended backward. Style taper, on the mid-posterior part of right lateral margin. Base of left cercus with a bundle of long brush-like hair extended backward, and base of the right one with a long sclerotic process extended to and covered on the style. The process bears some spines on the apex and palm-like.Length: ♂ body llmm, pronotum 3.1×4 mm, tegtnina 12.5mm, total length 15mm.Holotype ♂, paratypes 3 ♂, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, 29. Ⅴ. 1986, Feng Ping-zhang.Symplocodes manubria sp. nov. (figs. 1, 5)♂ body larger than the former. Colour of discal area of pronotum dark brownish with 2 “V” shaped maculations on posterior part. Left ventral lobe of the 9th tergite larger than right one. Supra-anal plate trapezoidal, nearly symmetrical with six spines on °the inner sur- face near the distal angle. Subgential plate distinctly asymmetrical, the distal part of left lateral margin fissiled and divided into two overlapping lobes, the upper one extends leftward, forms a long handle with a bundle of backward dark brown long hairs at its end; and the lower one finger-like, extends backward. Style on the middle of right lateral margin.Length: ♂ body 12 mm, pronotum 3 × 4.5 ram, tegmina 15 mm, total length 21.5 mm.Holotype ♂, paratypes 2 ♂, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, 8.
