摘要
甲苯硝化废水含有十几种芳香族硝基酚类物质,毒性大、治理难。江苏淮河化工总厂根据络合萃取原理,选择QH—1溶剂作萃取剂,HL—230型离心萃取器为主体设备,对该种废水作四级逆相络合萃取,三级逆相反萃取处理,出水含酚浓度为0.7×10^(-6),脱酚率达99.9%,COD_(cr)去除率达80%。萃取剂经反萃可循环使用。
Dosens of nitrophenol of aromatic compound was found in the toluene nitrification wastew-ater which is high toxic and difficult to treat. Based on the theory of complexing extraction, the wastew-ater was treated by means of Four Phase Countercurrent Complexing Extraction and Three Phase Coun-tercurrent And - extraction with the aid of QH - 1 as the extractant and HL - 230 Centrifugal Extractor as the main equipment. Phenol comcentration in the treated effluent was 0. 7 mg/1 with the removal rate of 99.9 % and the removal of CODcrr was 80 % .
