摘要
研究了酸溶轧钢废钢渣制取铁盐净水剂的工艺条件。结果表明,废渣在16%H_2SO_4~11.1%HCl混酸中加热回流1h,铁的溶出率达92.4%;废渣与碳粉按5:1混合,于1000℃灼烧1h,而后在16%H_2SO_4中加热回流1h,铁的溶出率为73.6%。此净水剂在投加量为1%时,对实际水样的浊度和COD去除率分别为89.5%和71%,净水效果优于硫酸亚铁。
The technological condition of preparing ferric water purifying agent, with acids as solvent to dissolve rolling waste steel residue has been studied. The dissolving rate of iron was 92.4% when the rolling waste steel residue was heated reflux for about 1h in the mixed acids of 16% H2SO4 and 11.1% HC1. The dissolving rate of iron was 73.6% when the waste steel residue was mixed with carbon powder (5:1), and then heated reflux for 1h in 16% H2SO4 after igniting for 1h at 1000℃. The purification effciency of the prepared agent is better than that of ferrous sulfate, and the removal efficiencies of turbidity and CODcr on actual water sample were 89.5% and 71% respectively when the quantity of the purifying agent in water was 1‰.
