摘要
土工试验数据作为岩土工程勘察报告的重要依据,也是工程建设、设计的重要参数,土工试验的质量对工程总体的质量有着直接的重大的影响。本文针对迅速开放市场不完善的管理、体制、制度和行业的监管与之不相适应一些问题,重点剖析了土工试验人员的构成,针对不同条件、不同区域的土工实验室(或土工实验室中心)的人员组成,提出如何加强试验人员的专业培训和继续教育;同时就目前各类土工实验室(或土工实验室中心)的设备管理水平存在的问题,从设备管理、仪器更新和规范化、试验环境以及计量标定,资质认证等方面进行了综合分析,建议采取相应的措施,以确保土工试验数据的准确性;根据目前市场行业管理现状,阐述了在新的市场经济条件下,如何建立新的相适应的管理模式,如何加强行业监管等,有效地推行实验室的认证机制,确保土工试验数据的准确性,满足工程建设要求。
As the important basis of the geotechnological reconnaissance report , soil test data is also the important parameter of the engineering construction and design. The quality of soil test has the direct influence on the quality of the whole project. This article analyses experiment personnels＂ constitution according to the present rapid opening market, the imperfect management and system, and some queations disconformity with profession supervising and managing. The article also analyses experiement personnels＇contruction under dissimilar condition as well as in different region soil test laboratory （or laboratory center）. It proposes how to strengthen experiment personnels, professional training and their further education. Meanwhile, the article gives a general analysis on the questions which exists in each kind of soil test laboratory （or laboratory center）＇s equipment management. It advices to take the corresponding measures for the equipment management, the instrument renewal and standardization, the experimental environment as well as the measurement demarcates and so on. Intelligence authentication should be carried on the generalized analysis to guarantee the accuracy of the soil test data . Moreover, according to the present market profession management situation, the author elaborates, under the new market economy condition, how healthily set up the new management pattern and how strengthen profession supervising and managing to effectively carrie out the laboratory authentication mechanism, guarantee the accuracy of thesoil test data and satisfy the engineering construction.
