摘要
从健康结果、卫生服务利用与可及性、卫生筹资与医疗保障三个维度描述了当前我国农民健康的整体现状,并从健康社会学的角度分析了其主要影响因素:农村公共卫生环境的恶化,农民卫生观念滞后,农民健康促进理论薄弱,城乡二元社会经济体制的制约,政府职能“缺位”与“越位”并存。
The article described the whole state of peasantry＇s health in China from the following aspects： health effect, health service demand and utilization and accessibility, health financing and medical security; analyzed the main influence factors that cause it： deterioration of rural public sanitation, health concept lagging behind, imperfect policies of health improvement, dual social and economic mechanism between urban and rural, the coexistence of absence and excess of govemment function.
