摘要 列举了与常规冰蓄冷技术相关的传热问题,综述了冰-水固液相变导热控制、导热对流耦合控制下圆管外和球内固液相变传热现象的研究进展情况,以及在冰-水固液相交换热实验研究中所采用的实验方法. As regards ice storage,the solid-liquid phase change heat transfer between ice and water is a very important phenomena.The phase change process in water freeazing and ice melting can be controlled by the unsteady heat conduction in solid phase, by the conjugation of conduction-convection and by the direct contact solid-liquid phase change.The concerned tesearch about this is the base to develop the ice storage technology.The televant heat transfer problem in ice storage technology is listed,and the research advancement of water freezing the ice melting in capsule or around horizon zontal or vertical tube with free and forced vonvection is reviwed.Some experimental mehtods adopted in research of ice formation and melting are introduced as well in the paper.
