摘要
目的建立鸡骨草胶囊中栀子苷的HPLC测定方法。方法采用Lichrospher C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相;流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:238nm,柱温:35℃。结果栀子苷在0.14～1.68μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y=1552.15X-6.42,r=0.9999;回收率为97.53%(RSD=1.24%,n=6)。结论方法稳定、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To estabilish a HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide in Jigucao Capsule. The column was Lichrospher-C18 （5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm）. The determination was carried out with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （10 ： 90） as the mobile phase, a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detected at 238 nm, and temperature of the column was 35℃. Results The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0.14-1.68 μg, Y=1 552.15X-6.42, r=0.9999. The mean recovery was 97.53% （RSD=1.24%, n=6）. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, and can be used for quality control of the preparation.
