摘要
高职会计教育的目的在于培养实用型的会计人才,为提高高职会计专业学生的素质,实现学校教育与就业岗位的“零距离”,高职会计教学必须对现有的会计教学进行改革,提高学生的专业技能和实际动手能力,改变传统的教学观念,调整课程体系结构,深化师资队伍建设,建立实训基地,推进人才培养模式改革,从而培养出适应社会需求的、高素质、高技能的会计人才。
The purpose of Accounting education is to cultivate accountant with practical ability. To improve the students＇ quality of accounting major and realize the goal of ＂zero distance＂ between education and employment, there should be reform in the present teaching, improvement on the students＇ speciality skill and practical ability, change of traditional teaching concept, adjustment on curriculum structure, deepening the construction on teaching staff, and setting up practice bases to cultivate social demanded accountants with high quality, good skills.
