摘要
运用关节镜诊断、治疗常见风湿病。镜下观察关节囊、滑膜及软骨面，并取滑膜组织作病理活检，诊断准确率为100％。镜下进行膝关节灌洗治疗，总有效率为93．5％。
Make use of the arthroscope to diagnose and cure the familiar rheumatism. Under the arthroscope observe arthrosis cavity ,synovial fold and cartilage facet. Take synovial fold organization to make pathologic check, accuracy of diagnosis reach 100%. Under the arthroscope infuse wash the knee joint , total efficient of treatment is 93.5%.
