经皮冠脉介入治疗对不稳定型心绞痛患者C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α和肌钙蛋白Ⅰ的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的影响。方法:选择2002年7月至2004年4月在我院行PCI的不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究组(n=60),同时选择一组同期进行冠脉造影(CAA)的患者作为对照组(n=42)。分别于术前当天及术后24h采集静脉血测定血浆CRP、TNFα和cTnI浓度。结果:研究组术前及术后血浆CRP、TNFα和cTnI浓度显著高于同期对照组(P<0.01);研究组PCI后血浆CRP、TNFα和cTnI浓度显著高于术前水平(P<0.01);而对照组术前与术后血浆CRP、TNFα和cTnI浓度差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:PCI增加血液CRP、TNFα和cTnI水平。监测血中CRP、TNF!和cTnI有助于冠心病PCI患者术后病情的估计及预后的判断。
