本文分析了刘家琨选择玉林南路3号11栋2单元7楼作为事务所所在地的理由,并指出这一选择体现了他对通常商业模式的拒绝以及对日常生活的珍视。而这两点的基础是一种“现实感”。本文讨论了这种“现实感”与刘家琨部分作品的联系,并且藉此强调它对建筑实践的重要价值。
This essay analyzes the location of the studio of Liu Jiakun. It points out that the choice of this place represents the architect＇s refusal of routine business model and his valuation of common life style. Both of the two points are based on a ＂sense of reality＂. The relationship between this ＂sense of reality＂ and two selected projects of Liu, Jiakun is discussed to illustrate the significance of the ＂sense of reality＂ in architectural practice.
